Koo,

My reasoning for  a 10 for 1 consolidation goes something like this: you (meaning us) want a very tight share count, very closely held.  Stocks with a very tight share count can appreciate very, very quickly.   But, to get on the NASDAQ in the right way, RVX should do a share issue at the same time  for the P3b trial in order to attract risk capital in sufficient size to make it worthwhile for all concerned: existing shareholders & new shareholders.  Everyone must have the propect of a large pay-off.  We need funds (similar to Baker Bros....there are quite a few...pick one or two) to particpate.  To do that there must be the prospect of a very large return for them.  I believe we have the ingrediants for that...an imminent P3b trial; BTD; and a good shot at an early halt for over-whelming efficacy.  Many of these funds require a share price "in a certain range".  I would like to see it around $7 - 10 US, hence the 10 for 1 consolidation

I understand that all folks hate dilution, but we've been on that train for years now and it has only resulted in more dilution and terrible economic value destruction.  Insanity...doing the same thing over and over ...expecting a different result???   That is why I made a simple suggestion...

Go back and look at TRIL...on their last legs in the Fall of 2019....new management, new direction...BOOM!!  huge pay-off.  Let's see....did they issue stock????  Yes, several times, but did they still get a huge pay-off...oh ya, they sure did.   But don't let the facts get in the way.  No, no, no we must continue to do the same thing over and over and endorse management every time, expecting a better result...only to have the carpet pulled out....I know, I know...insane , isn't it?

Fresh perspective...new thinking....risk and imagination...some folks are threatened by that
