Koo,
Thanks for providing the details.
I know it's a very small amount, but honestly I'm getting tired of the exempt distributions for two reasons: (1) they are effectively paying salaries, which in relation to their market capitalization are over-inflated, which raises the question if there is an agency conflict between management and shareholders (I believe there is); and (2) they effectively remove natural buyers of the stock from the market place, thereby leading to a never ending decay in the stock price - which feeds back to the agency conflict. At some point even the buyers of these exempt distributions will lose patience...and as for the warrants...this company is awash (and has been for some time) in a sea of under-water warrants and purchase options.
Don: STOP already...either make the move, or but yourself a one-way ticket to Thailand
and to the members of the Board of Directors: On behalf of the company and the shareholders, we need you to step up and act in the interests of all shareholders. You have a fiduciary duty to act. Stop rubber-stamping this guys recommendations (CEO). There are better leaders out there.
