I think you brought a knife to a gun fight.  The very reason statins are taken in mega-blockbuster volume is because the vast majority of people choose a pill over a lifestyle change.  You may be in the minority who do change their behavior (in time) but the numbers don't lie, most don't change and rely on medication to solve their problems.  Sad but true.
