Message: Well deals do get done (not RVX)...

...and drugs do get approved...

IN THE AGE OF COVID

Astra Zeneca just took out Alexion for $39B

...and Inclisirin (Novartis) just got approved by the EU.  Inclisirin is a "small-interfering RNA" drug that lowers LDL-C  (for patients already on maximally tolerated statins).  Inclisirin was featured at last years AHA 2019 Late Breaking program.  The time slot that immediatley preceded our BETonMACE time slot.  Prof Kausik Ray was also an investigator for the ORION trials (inclisirin).  Patients would receive inclisirin by injection: (1) first injection; (2) 2nd injection 3 months later; then (3) a single injection every 6 months thereafter.  I wonder if RVX 208 would also prove to be synergistic with inclisirin as we are with SGLT2i and DPP4i??
