I came across a few pieces of evidence recently that support the view that many of the COVID-19 vaccines may not offer prolonged protection because the vaccines prompt primarily an elevated antibody response vs prompting an elevated T-cell response, the latter proving a more effective and long-lasting response because T-cells is the line of defense that is more robust to begin with, but also because it "learns" and "remembers" how to successfully combat pathogen re-infections. Antibodies do not.
