Not totally true! He doesn't control  the science but has a hand in its success. You can't totally clear him. General consensus seems to be that the science is good but there is two failed trials due to being underpowered. They were underpowered because the company operates on a shoestring and chooses a trial design that gets by on the least amount of cash possible. That part is his responsibility. Over time, we might have paid him personally as much as the ASSURE trial cost. One has to question if our cash has been well spent.
