Does anyone know if therapeutics clinical trials running independently from vaccine clinical trials?

I assume apabetalone falls under therapeutics...apabetalone attenuates SARS-CoV-2 Viral Entry..Apabetalone reduces ACE2 gene expression.

Cannot find trials for therapeutics.
