I lifted the following info from the July 31 interim financial statements - note 7. I added a column to the financial statement note to compute the per share cost of the different financing sources, ie., public, private, warrants, etc. I recommend that you read the footnote p11.
Common Shares Issued 4/30/19 thru 4/30/20:
# Shares US$'s Per Shr Cost
Issued in connection with public offering 3,798,936 9,241,000 2.43
Issued in connection with private placement 2,110,744 845,000 .40
Issued in connection with warrant exercises 5,007,125 10,737,000 2.14
Issued in connection with stock option plan 382,230 400,000 1.05
Issued in connection with long term incentive plan 143,168 307,000 2.14
Common Shares Issued 05/01/2020 thru 7/31/2020:
Issued in connection with private placements 577,632 188,000 .33
Issued in connection with stock option plan 469,066 357,000 .76
Issued in connection with long term incentive plan 273,401 269,000 .98
Some sweet deals to private parties .33-.40 per share average cost -
This deal has got to go down soon - cash is getting very expensive and poor credit gets you interest @ 10% on a 12mil debenture - borders on usurious.
