Can we ban the poster who consistently steers the conversation off topic and derails discussions? If not, what does it take?

What is this garbage? "What unfortunate circumstances do you refer to?   I'll be sure to think that one over the next time I play on my private regulation-sized tennis court with a million dollar view!  No mortgage either!   Nor do I carry any debt of any kind.  

My business this year is having its best year yet!  I'm one of the few the virus has surprisingly helped.   No boasting just more honest facts.   My revenue is up between 50-100% each month.   Again:   Those are facts, not boasts.   I feel for others less fortunate.

And I'm lucky to live in Arizona which is currently booming again - unlike the major lockdown states.  The people are happy and the roads are jam packed again.  Good times!"
