Thanks imtesty - I have listened to that statement many times and it isn't clear but really sounds like he said, "this is, is finalized." That is a very strong statement so I am not sold that it is true but that is what it sounds like. I doesn't seem to fit the rest of the presentation where although very upbeat, still sounds like it is what they would like to get, not have gotten. Even the statement very close to that one, "a very likelihood this year", is not as certainty.
