"He may still be the front man for RVX but he's not making any of the current decisions in isolation."

The RVX BOD is made up of 5 members, plus the Chair (Don). So when it comes to voting on any motions put on the table, a quorum of 5 board members could very well decide it up or down. So perhaps there may be issues with individual board members gumming up the works, beyond Don's control.

The latest MD&A states the following: "As at April 30, 2020, Hepalink held 38.6% (2019 – 40.8%) of the Company’s outstanding common shares and is considered to have significant influence over Resverlogix."
