Well, I'm not sure if anyone would part from any RVX holdings this time around. What if Don announces a partnership before year's end or early January 2021. Between a rock and a hard place scenario. (If I have this right, you cannot repurchase the losers within 30 days after the sale.) And 30 days is a lifetime if you're desperate to get back on the RVX wagon if the announcement is made inside the 30 days, which may be at a considerable cost.

The 52 week high was $1.59. So if the share price remains at the $1.20 level till year-end, there will not be much of a tax loss selling by December 29, 2020.
