I agree...

This is not a "sexy" stock.  Unless there is a huge, and I mean huge announcement no one will be scrabbling to jump on board.  It will just be another Trial and we will have to wait for the results...again...This company has been hitting a lot of foul balls...I believe we are at "Foul!  Strike 3!"  

Side note:  

If Hepa owns 39% of the shares and they actually buy the company outright eventually, that means they get the company at a 39% discount, correct?  ie

1 billion price tag but they only  ore out of pocket 610 million...
