Why-I don't think Hepalink is keen on warrants expiring even though they have another 9.68 million or so left their average price is well North of the current sale price. Interesting that between Hepalink and Eastern they own just north of 52% before giving effect to warrants held. The Conclusion is someone DM has talked too or is talking to is keeping the SP down to get it for a song. However both Hepalink and Eastern and Debenture Holder are on DM's side thus the Mexican Stand-Off. Not to mention their average Share price is well north of here. Just an investment bank or hedge fund putting the boots to DM to get him to crater. Just a guess I could be completely off base but it certainly explains a lot of dithering. Common boys make a decision, Lol. I noticed in the markets today there is a lot of manipulation and this is just another example, I think. Unless Apabetalone is worth crap but I don't think so.
