I'm pretty sure I mentioned something similar maybe a year or more ago....so sick of these little drib and drab PPs, just enough to keep the lights on for another few months.  Now of course the question begs, would they be able to find investors willing to pony up that kind of cash knowing the potential payout is still another 12-24 months out at least...if at all.
