Maybe DM has been here all along to just collect the Bacon. I suspect though with the Convertible Debenture maturity on the horizon that he has until Sept. 26th before his salary runs out with no deal.  Certainly, the incentive is there for him to make a lot more on all the shares he owns if the price went up 5X or 10x or whatever.  I suspect the most likely candidate to take them over or help out from default is HepaLink. They are even making honorable mentions of RVX in their press releases. Any other Pharma would have to talk to Hepalink first anyways to get them onside by the looks of it as they own a big chunk of RVX. It's just a guess but maybe we will be surprised with a big Pharma stepping up to the plate and want to really capitalize on Apabetalone and play this out. Either way, it should be an interesting couple of months. I think they really have something of value I am just not sure that DM is the Maestro needed to Orchestrate the best deal.
