Tada, maybe so at this point. It would be HL's best interest to let the ball game playout to see how it goes, especially if it appears that the game will be won concerning the viewpoints you raised.

But and there is always a but, should the game not play out as we all hope it will ( a BP play scenario) HL already owns 40% and 42% giving effect to outstanding warrants, all HL needs is ~25 Mil shares to take over the operation. Eastern Capital owns ~28 mil shares.

Look I know that this is not what most on this HUB wants to hear, but I am sure it crossed a lot of minds as it should.
