Sometime over the last 5 or 6 years there was a transfer of assets from RVX to Zenith and then sometime later those asstes were transfered back. There was assets and cash involved in those transactions. Call it a loan or anything else you want to but the net result was some cash was moved from Zenith to RVX and then some time later it was moved back.
