Combination:

All patients in BETonMACE were on a statin.

Those on Apabetalone are taking a combo of statin and apabetalone.

Some of above are also on SGLT2i or DPP4i, which would comprise a triple combo.

And if those above are on both SGLT2i and DPP4i would be a quadruple combo.

Thus far, no info on SGLT2i or DPP4 usage in the CKD subgroup. The MACE data for the CKD subgroup is for all CKD patients on statin plus/minus apabetalone.
