KOO - We will have to get a scientific mind to give a better explanation. Of the 286ish patients on SGLT2's, some were on ABL and some were placebo. As I understand it the patients that were on an SGLT2 and ABL had the best response or greater reduction in CHF which to me suggests that there was some kind of positive interaction between the 2 in combination.
