is that all material non-public information will have been released, and ALL shareholders will be free to trade the stock....i.e. officers and directors, and Hepalink, Eastern et. al.  For far too long the dollar volume has been pathetic, and the trading has been handcuffed.

I would like to see trading volumes in the 2 - 5 - 10 million share range...still only a modest percentage of O/S.

That is my "hope" .
