Quickly though without taking the time to look back, I believe the answer to your second part is any new shareholder benefits from the Royalty Preferred Shares as we don't own them personally. They are an asset of ZCC so any new shareholder would benefit from that asset. Royalties would be paid to ZCC and become assets of all ZCC shareholders. In theory though, any share offering price is supposed to have a value included in it for that ZCC asset and that is where the new shareholders buy into that asset.
