I may be a little bit cynical (sometimes the equity market brings that out), but I wonder if the recent price swoon provides a new low, low price opportunity to issue fresh new options to members of the BoD. Two gentlemen with extensive accounting backgrounds...honestly, I hope they get a new slice of stock options that end up "well in the money".
