Does this mean that now they need to raise capital in a serious way?  All the constant drip feeding is no longer working...or perhaps the auditor/exchange is saying they need to seriously reduce liabilities one way or another?  

The fact that they are negotiating with some big pharma company about a deal...will that stand in the way of fair disclosure?
