Buckeyes I can see Eastern agreeing to a reasonable price for the shares and perhaps vote with the rest of the shareholders, and as long as collectively we get 51%+ may force HL to settle for the shares sell-off. But HL will still hold the licencing agreement. That is theirs for keeps and outside the shares sell-off to a BP. The BP can always make a separate deal with HL for their licencing agreement.
Another option: What is wrong with just selling off Apabetalone and RVX keeps on trucking. I believe this option was tossed around this hub before.
