I'm not sure about 'never' but I agree that it's unlikely given the current environment.  This is uncharted territory for everyone and normal rules are being amended to suit abnormal circumstances.  This will include the reorganization/renegotiation of commercial agreements, amongst many other things.

I will say that I'm not optimistic of any 'big deal' cooking with RVX when we just don't know how extensive the impact and fallout from this virus will be.  Any BP would, I think, have to be sitting tight like everyone else to see how all of this plays out.  RVX itself will likely continue to work their agenda but almost certainly at a pace commensurate with what can actually be done or achieved during these extremely challenging times.

It would obviously be great if RVX-208 could contribute to a solution for Covid-19, and maybe that accounts for one of the reasons they are so busy at the moment.  We just don't know.  But until all this is over I think everyone that is involved with RVX commercially will make every accommodation to ensure the company will weather the storm and live to further the commercial development of apabetalone going forward.
