"Why DM has decided not to say anything is a mystery indeed and does not show very strong leadership"

for all u know maybe he's  working  hard to keep his mouth shut at this time, what a Leader should be doing if Indeed talks are still going on.Thats the problem isn't it, we don't know anything because RVX has been quiet for Months? Where's the money coming lately? RVX sure isn't saying.  Now as our "leader" in this/Rvx I do expect something from the Helm anyday now. 

one thing we know is theirs still "sensitive information" to be released - r all embargo's still in place?we don't know, is a deal going on & BP is requesting/demanding quiet? we don't know. 
We will know shortly IMO
