That's how I would interpret it too.

But why?

With a webcast of course there is little or no control over who or how many people watch the presentation. It would not be limited to the NKF attendees - mostly clinicians and scientists. And it could be recorded and disseminated. That could have an instant impact on the SP. A BP might not want that if they are about to sign a deal with a view to taking the BTD forward.
Just speculation. Is it possible?
