I did my last post based on SunClub77's post but without reading the actual document.....which I have now done.  So, I retract my comment that their use of the word 'anticipate' is somehow meaningful but rather is more clinical or benign in the context of this document.

I clearly have no idea what will actually happen, but I sure hope they can marry up with some outfit with pockets deep enough to keep the doors open long enough to see everything through.  Anyway, it seems we won't have to wait long to find out either way.
