That was an interesting nugget...Peter Johann.  Turns out he was the ex Chairman of RVX in the past.  Dr Johann is a German, and has a link to Boehringer Ingelheim, as ex Head of Corporate Development.  He has worked at Roche.

I don't know how much Johann is still involved in RVX, but in the NGN Capital website, it says NGN led a $20 million PIPE financing for RVX...which I assume was done last year in May.  

Any idea if Johann is helping RVX get introduced to Big Pharma companies?
