Paladin ... I appreciated your post, as well as any other input, additions, and corrections from the experience varied "gang" :) This is a complicated product, company, industry, process, and market. Success is multifactorial, and challenging. And this has NOT been smooth, or according to Hoyle along the way. Like you, sometimes I need to take a step back and summarize the big picture, do a reality check, and look critically for/at both the beauty and the warts of the situation.
