We voted on it, so I am sure that was a reliable indication that was in the cards. They should have initiated a Nasdaq listing when the SPP was ~5$. Management blinked and missed that opportunity.

I would agree that a significant partnership similar to HL is what is needed. They need to let things play out to the upside before any thoughts of a total sale.
