Its like that analogy 'if a tree falls in the forest and no one see's it did make a sound' with regards to the latest PR from the FDA for  BTD.   That news release was broadly ignored by the CDN markets let alone the entire US market investors where RVX is difficult to trade on the pinks.  IMO RVX is an small unknown Canadain biotech company with no major brokerage /bank coverage, very little institutional ownership as most of those firms are prohibitted from buying any shares under $5 and absolutely no  promotional push from management. This tells me imo that rvx does care too much at what the current market cap or sp is since they know what the real estimate enterprise value and once a deal is finalized then the promo/ deal press releases will come fast and furious with maybe the help of major  world wide news release that we have not seen yet.
