I am a Canadian so don't take me as an authority on the subject but they call it Presidents' Day (plural) so I don't believe they just celebrate Washington's birthday. Lincoln's birthday was February 12th and the observed day is now from the 15th to 21st whenever Monday is. It has also been referred to as a day to honor all past presidents.
