Yes, it sounds like you got it Koo. If primary endpoint fails (p>0.05), then ALL secondary endpoints are invalid. If primary endpoint succeeds (p<0.05), then the subsequent testing of secondary endpoints follows the pre-specified heirarchal sequence in order. If all secondary endpoints are p<0.05, all are valid. But as soon as one secondary endpoint misses and is p>0.05, then all subsequent secondary endpoints that are lower in the pre-specified sequence are consisered invalid even if they achieve p<0.05.
