There's a bird called a Killdeer....if a predator goes near its nest it will run away and fake being injured, luring predators further and further away from what it wants to protect, its eggs.  Rather than the eggs a predator will chase after the seemingly injured bird....and once the predator has been lured far enough away the Killdeer will fly off.  

I'm thinking of the eggs as being RVX shares....and that the company's financial filings, they're like the apparently injured bird.  The apparent lack of cash....a company's life blood, it keeps potential investors from looking at the eggs/shares.

I have a new nickname for DM, I'm gonna call him Killdeer from now on.  Here's a video on it.
