I believe that other than the Zenith shares issued in the split with RVX which was one each, the following is what has been issued since. These should be the shares owned in ZCC that don't have corresponding shares in RVX.

Eastern Capital - 36,060,500 shares, 750,000 warrants

NGN - 3,000,000 shares

Other unnamed parties - 5,100,000 shares , 900,000 warrants

There is a lot of guessing as to what would go with ZEL. If ZCC still owned any IP, it would need cash to move forward in developing those. EC has a lot more interest in ZCC than RVX so might not be happy to lend capital away rather than developing anything left in ZCC.
