I still think they need to raise enough capital to get thru 90-120 days and their break-through applications processes. That leaves a huge ray of hope on the horizon, and 3-4 months time to wheel and deal with BP's for partnering/buyout.
If break-through or some "other" marketable useful information comes to light for the U.S., Europe, or Asia, then during that time the pps will jet into orbit ... and/or buy out figures can be calculated based on a "pricing matrix" with with break-through status on one end ($16-32 pps?) and long term P3's at the other end ($4-16 pps?) ..... just an opinion, an uninformed one.
It certainly "appears" that something is being discussed on a time-table, and possibly with some milestones determining some things. Something has to give ...
