Last year when the PPS was around the $3 area as 2018 came to a close...there likely wasn't much in the way of tax loss selling.  On top of which we were still expecting BETonMACE results imminently back then....so even those who might have had a small loss, I imagine most were holding tight in anticipation of results in a few short weeks or months.  

Now of course there are, I imagine, a good many shareholders who are underwarter who may want to book their capital losses to offset gains with other investments.  However if they're still bullish on the prospects for Resverlogix in general and Apabetalone in particular....then there's the strong possibility of those same shareholders buying again in January imo.
