Sorry to jump in on your conversation with CCD....but I don't think there's anything that would preclude news coming out tomorrow and anytime up to the 10th of Jan or after. While this incentive program would (will?) provide the company with much needed cash, the warrants that would be converted are not new....they've all been out there a while.
