Just a thought. If I had 2,000,000. Warents it would most likely mean I have 2,000,000. Shares. I could have sold the shares today at $1.43 and buy them back after the 10th. At $1.33
That would leave me two options. Pocket the $200,000. Profit or buy and extra 150,000 shares  both are advantages to me ant the company, one I get extra shares and the company gets the cash at no cost to me. A win win for some
