10BagR - Both ways of stating it as I posed are 'AND' statements as you refer to. Both statements have both conditions. The 'or' is only referring to one statement 'OR' the other statement.
I am not trying to refute anything that anyone is saying. I am just pointing out an ambiguity that allows for a different meaning that would not infringe on the embargo. Improved MACE events within the cognition sub-group is important just as it was within the renal sub-groups. I am just saying that I will wait to hear if there is improved MoCA scores.
