So I'm only guessing they didn't violate embargo rules.  Why?  Because they waited to launch this press release after the markets closed.  Therefore no one can act on it materially.  Furthermore this new press release states that the company "will highlight...statistical significance".  Emphasis also on the word "will."   To me, this seems like a strong statement of fact no matter how I read it.  Here's to hoping that I and others are not wrong!
