Message: What will happen if warrant holders convert and then sell?

I think everyone is optimistic that Dec 5th is going to bring good news, and we're all hoping it leads to a higher PPS, the higher the better.

Just spitballing possibilities let's say the news is good and well received by the market, and the PPS climbs to $4 by December 10th.  Obviously at $4 converting warrants on a limited time basis at just $1.33 is pretty much a no-brainer.  A 300% gain that "on paper" turns $20 million in warrants into $60 million.

The question then becomes....what if those warrant holders decide to sell their shares after conversion to turn those paper gains into real capital gains?

I'm hoping things play out this way of course....would anyone argue with RVX moving up to $4 over the next 6 or 7 trading days?  If (big if obviously) that does happen I don't doubt that some current shareholders would sell, fearing that there's perhaps as many as 15 million odd shares that could be hitting the market up to January 10th and for a time afterwards.

Of course if warrant holders were to decide to convert and then sell...imo this could also be a positive for the PPS, I think we'd be saying goodbye to days of less than 100K trading, and might even start seeing 1 million+ on a regular basis.
