Down to 36 cents or thereabouts. What happened over the ensuing days and weeks?

Why did that happen? Was there some dumping into the news to drive the PPS down and then covering afterwards to send the PPS climbing back toward $2? I think so....

Now we've been down to $1.19.....will history repeat? If it does in similar % fashion....okay, that might be asking a bit much, but if it happens I won't complain.
