I think you are right - maybe the reference to the publication embargo was just for that review article you linked...

It is really just an update of the 2017 article that I linked a few days ago.  I am hopeful that the RVX team put this one together quickly once they came to the realization that ALP was central to the effects they were seeing with apabetalone treatment (on all fronts).  When I was reviewing the ALP literature (which goes back a long ways) it was surprising to see how many different disease states it had been connected with and how little synthesis had been done of the many studies in which it was monitored.  Hence, the justification for an updated review that can be referred to as the BoM studies begin appearing.
