Amarin had a 3 point MACE reduction of 26% and a 5 point of 25% over 4.9 years.

Apabetalone had a non-statistically significant 3 point MACE reduction of 18% over about half that time. 5 point MACE is on the Forest Plot and is about the same.

What would another 1-2 years have shown with Apabetalone?

Anyway, different patient populations, different studies, different baseline drugs etc.
