I like your use of the 90 day period when looking at the high....I was thinking along similar lines, that the 52 week high is pretty much meaningless given the groundshaking news of Sept 30th.  

Yesterday I was telling my wife...that if the PPS did get a run today (Friday) and climbed to $3, $4 or more....I was thinking/hoping that was possible....I was saying that if that happened that I (and others in all likelihood) would have a decision to make.  Its all moot now....but if it had happened I might have lightened the load....but I'm still sitting here sipping my pink champagne on ice.
