The anticipation and information from that letter will be huge ... no matter how the data looks as it rolls out, everyone will want to know next steps with the FDA. It just impacts so much from a timing, expenses, risk perspective. Definitely add Dec 13 ish to the list of key dates.

Let's say data data data is amazing thru the Nov/Dec conferences, a letter from the FDA saying we are going to NDA status could blow the doors open in the markets, and with BP's ... while a "bolt-on" (or more), would probably restrain and muffle the enthusiasm a bit, even with great data, for a while still ... JMHO of course

I am extremely excited and interested in the data data data ... but even more interested in the FDA meeting, and our day in court (pre-trial) before the judge.
