I like those bio marker impacts, for substance. 

When you have people as sick as we have in BoM, and some of our other studies, I wonder how much of the cognitive improvement is due to better overall health and just a better sense of well-being from improved Cardio health versus direct impact from apabetalone on cognitive effects. I'm sure there is some of each based on the expected results, and also given the physiology you have noted. It's all sounding like really "good stuff"

Looking forward to seeing some good numbers and evidence and real "hope" for true and direct cognitive impact ... and that's what studies are for, proving it haha ... to make sure the physiological impact and changes align with the perceived outcomes, for better understanding and confidence.

I really like the way the next month lines up with the FDA meeting, AHA, webcast, cognitive mtg Dec 4-7 ... we could get a very nice roll out of information, and momentum.

Looking forward to learning a lot more about the "proven" what's, how's & why's of apabetalone, ... and then also the when's with next steps down the path ...
